With CatMan®StorePictures we meet the old saying that a picture says more than a thousand words.
There are many promotions and activities in retail and in most cases; we take pictures to show and document what we are doing in the different stores (POS).
To make use of the pictures in the connection to business development, most suppliers and stores has a need to get “more control” of the pictures.
Questions, such as which activities we have made where and when, we can often answer today, but continually it is relatively few, who can combine the answer with facts related to the performance.
A picture can say something about the quality in the completion and therefor contribute to explain the difference in performance – facts and figures.
CatMan®StorePictures is in many ways, kind of a revolution. It is easier, simple, and more efficient to handle and sort pictures of activities and performances in the stores.

All stores are Geocoded in Denmark and when a picture is taken with a smartphone, we automatically track in which store the picture is taken and when.
All you have to do is, to take the pictures and upload them in CatMan®StorePictures. If desired, you can “track” the pictures with a number of information of your own choice.
It is possible to sort after a series of different variables in the picture database, such as:
- Customers, chains, stores, etc.
- Activities, promotion, etc.
- Regions, districts, sales consultants, etc.
- Categories, products, etc.
- Periods, months, weeks, days, etc.
To make StorePictures even more efficient to work with, we have developed a Pivot Pictures function, which makes it possible to “cross” (pivots) the single variables with each other.
It does not get much easier than this to get “control and overview” over the activities – “Press on Activity” – and all of your pictures in the database can be sorted and pivoted.

If you want a picture report with the available information about a specific activity, press on a picture and the knowledge about the activity appears on the right side of the screen display.

With Store Picture Report, it is possible to combine thousand word (Data) with pictures and the effect is clear, when you first have the possibility to see, how the quality of different performances effects the sales result directly.
You can see how the sale affects the store positively by the activity accomplished from the week of March 31, in the report.
The average sale in four weeks, after the activity, is very positive affected by the activity. The relevant store goes from having an average sales efficiency to be the absolute “best performance store” in the chain, in four weeks after the activity.
All things being equal, a very efficient sales argument for goal-oriented efforts in all stores of the chain.
Not only can it demonstrate that the performance works, but it can also demonstrate, to which level it is working showing the real value of our efforts, when combining pictures with data!
