In order to get a qualified overview of, whether the company’s many campaigns and marketing initiatives functions after the intention, Mondelez have for several years analyzing POS data with the cloud based business intelligence solution CatMan®Solution.

– With CatMan®Solution, we are able to provide sales reps and regional managers weekly updated sales data on specific products and categories down to store level. In practice, this means that the sales rep with an automatic generated PDF document, a so-called scorecard, has the answer to 90 % of the questions they meet, when they stand against storeowners or store managers, explains Lisa Vexøe, Sales Operations Manager from Mondelez.

– The sales rep quickly gets an overview of, which products and categories that are performing or not performing in the single store and on this basis launch new initiatives. In addition, we can get, from week to week, an understanding of whether the activities actually performs or not.  It is useful, clarifies Lisa.

With an extensive sales force, it is important to have easy and systematic access to the core information that makes it possible to optimize the sale and take action, where it makes the most benefit. In addition, several employees at the headquarters has expanded data access to CatMan®Solution that makes it possible to get specific reports on almost every aspects of the sale.
