“We, at Danone, entered the partnership with CatMan Solution, because we felt ready and needed to take the next step as supplier and sales force. The work on the store is very important and a good tool for analyzing store data is often missing, as well as presenting it in a good and clear way. With CatMan Store, we have just found that tool and it helps us get a review of the situation at the individual store, but also for us, as a supplier, we can define what actions we would be needed to take to drive further the store’s sales.
Today, we have about 20 stores with complete and rolling store data, and we hope that in 2019, we will reach at least 50 stores, where we have deeper cooperation with help form this. We must respect that it takes time for a sales force to change its way of working and we have weekly tasks for each sales rep to solve, as part of becoming fully comfortable with the tool.
