At Rynkeby, we work with CatMan as a large and integrated part of our everyday business lives. In Sales Management, we use CatMan to follow the development of our brands. In marketing, we follow the development of new launches, distribution and performance.
At the Sales Force, all sales consultants are measured at CatMan – we measure units in stores and chains, to prepare an action plan. In addition, we use Store Pictures, which combine data and photos, for best practice in the field and for internal use.
