We process personal data in accordance with the EU’s GDPR legislation. The information we have recorded is: Name, Email, phone number and company.
We collect this data for the following purposes:
1. Access to our CatMan database.
2. Ability to work with our commercial analyses and reports that are part of the individual customer solution.
3. Efficient support when individual users reach out with inquiries.
4. Distribution of newsletters focusing on news related to the use of our solutions and/or invitations to network groups, webinars or similar.
We collaborate with the following data processors:
1. Outlook
2. Zendesk
3. Mailchimp
Outlook and Zendesk are our tools for daily communication and support to our customers.
Mailchimp contains newsletters. Information about data loading and our solution, tips and useful notifications, invitations and marketing of CatMan Solutions services.
We only send newsletters to you with information we believe is relevant to you in your work with and use of CatMan Solution.
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, emails, and calls from CatMan Solution:
You can unsubscribe to our newsletters either via the link in the newsletter or by sending an email to cms.support@catmansolution.com. You can also request that we delete your personal data (name, email, phone number and company) by sending an email to cms.support@catmansolution.com. However, this means that we will not be able to handle and service your inquiries in the future.
Your personal data will be deleted when you no longer use the services of CatMan Solution.
